Guidelines for Practical Examiner:
After marking the answer sheets and preparation of Award Lists of practical Exam, Practical Examiner has to send the following documents to the concerning authorities.A:- Parcel To Head Examiner
1. Marked Answer sheets
2. First 2 columns of Award list
3. Fwd Memo (copy)
4. Question paper of each group.
*In tamam ko white kapray me daal k seal ker k Head Examiner ko Parcel ker dain.
B:- Registered Post To Conduct Branch
1. Remaining answer sheets
2. SF-4 Form original
3. Attendance sheets of all groups.
* Agr Remaining Answer Sheets ziada hon to un ko b kapray me dal k behjna hon gi.
C:- Registered Post To Secrecy Branch
1. Fwd Memo Original
2. 3rd column of award list
3. TADA bill apny H.M se sign kerwa k aur Revenue stamp laga k.
