Merging of ARA in the Basic Pay for Govt Employees

Merging of ARA 2015 in the Basic Pay for Govt Employees

According to the concluding speech by Finance Minister Mr. Ishaq Dar.

Now Three Adhoc Allowances Will be Merged into Basic Pay instead of two. The detail of these allowances is as under:
★ Adhoc Relief Allowance 2013 @ 10%
★ Adhoc Relief Allowance 2014 @ 10%
★ Adhoc Relief Allowance 2015 @ 7.5%
In this way the employees will get a benefit of about 13% Adhoc Relief Allowance 2016, as this ARA-2016 will be applicable on the running basic pay of the new pay scales 2016. These all benefits will be applicable with effect from 1st July 2016.
It is to mention here that earlier according to budget speech there are announced 2 adhoc relief allowances to be merged into basic pay. In this way, new revised pay scales chart 2016 is expected soon.

LAHORE: (Thursday, June 02, 2016): On the direction of Deputy Secretary (Universities) HEC Govt. of the Punjab, the Registrar University of Punjab has notified that all the External and BS (4-Years) Examinations to be held/ conducted in Sub-Campuses and Affiliated Colleges will be rescheduled after Ramzan/ Eid Holidays.

Postponent of Exams

In continuation of this Office Notification Nos. 220/Cond./D.S., 221/Cond./D.S., dated 07.05.2016, 226/Cond./D.S, dated: 14-05-2016 and 253 to 258/Cond./D.S., dated: 30-05-2016 regarding Date Sheets for the B.Com. Part I and II, & M.A./M.Sc. Part-II Annual Examinations 2016, and B.S. in Computer Science & M.Sc. I.T 2nd Annual Examinations 2015, it is hereby notified that all the above said examinations are postponed till further orders. New dates will be announced later.
